Piston clearance: .0050”        Valve lash: .027 Intake, .025 Exhaust

Deck clearance: .0125” (#1 cylinder)

Quench: .052” (.050-.060 recommended)    Compression ratio: 14.0:1

Head gasket: FelPro 1043 .039” compressed for 4.080 bore

Rod side clearance: .044”

Rod bearing clearance: .003” SLP--8-7100CHA1 (New Seal Power w/dowel hole, Summit)

Main bearing clearance: .0032” SPX-139M1 (Used Seal Power)

Crank thrust: .0065”               Cam thrust: .005

Cam timing: 110.0 (2-degrees retarded)                  

Piston to valve clearance: Intake: .100+                   Exhaust: .100+

Pushrod length: 8.000”

Runs on Jesel Rhino Belt: 37

Runs on lifters: 37      New ARP head bolts

Initial Leakdown check:

1-15%, 8-18%, 4-18%, 3-14%

6-18%, 5-13%, 7-12%, 2-17%

Had to remove metal portion of windage tray for 350 rod-couterweight clearance (omni-directional windage screen still installed), primed engine 60 psi, all rockers oiling.
