It gives the <em>long<\/em> history of our &#8217;57 and except for the larger motor and coil-over rear suspension the car is still in Modified Production trim and a real blast from the past. I&#8217;ve kept the car such to honor all those who ran in MP which was a true blue-collar category of hard-working, devoted racers that LOVED to bang gears! This is in\u00a0memory of those MP guys that are no longer with us such as Jim McKelvey, Frank Nelson, Sr., Lee Shepherd and others that once competed in the greatest category in NHRA history!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Without the help and support of Chris, Paul &amp; Pam, it would not be possible for me to still run the old hot rod.
