Hi everyone, how about this topic? What would your dream race car be if you had an unlimited budget? Would it be a Pro Stock, Top Fueler, Funny Car, etc.?

After September 2026, I will no longer be hosting our entire website. This includes military news, the Silver Spur sites, nor our racing pages. After 27-years it will be time to close it all down. Be well. – Roger

I will chime in also on this topic too as I personally would love to have a street driven 9-10 second ’67 Chevy II Nova but not sure on the color. It would have to be a setup not including nitrous, probably a pro charger on a 502 CI. It would be nice to be able to occasionally cruise the roads and make the people in front of you pucker up when they see you barreling down on them.

Paul,
Sounds like it would be a nice Chevy II.
I’m too old to race my dream ride. Not to mention the costs and energy required to run Pro Stock.
PRO STOCK OR COMP! FAST DOOR CARS AND STICKS. NOTHING BETTER THAN THAT IN MY OPINION!!!!!!!
