Flier and 2014 Class Rules & brackets in from Ed Garfield at Pacific Raceways. Don’t miss this very exciting race on July 12th and 13th! We hope to see lots of participants and spectators this year!

Friday night, July 11th, there will be a test & tune and overnight camping! The current weather forecast is predicting highs in the upper 80’s or low 90’s, so please drink plenty of water!

PR says they will be opening the gates at 7:30 on both Saturday & Sunday and Ed Garfield plans on running the AA/Supercharged hot rods at noon, 2 & 4pm both days!

We’ve consolidated the information in this one location as a courtesy for our fellow racers at our own personal expense. Pacific Raceways sets the schedule, rules, entry fees, payouts, etc.

Help us spread the word and we hope to see you there! Safe travels!

Our 2013 Wild West Nostalgia Race Report

What I Love About Nostalgia Races by Roger Young – July 17, 2013

Gasser Wars Magazine

Sadly this is the last of the Wild West Nostalgia Races, the event did not make the PR 2015 schedule. Despite our best efforts to promote this event, the car count and lack of local participation doomed what was an excellent event. However I was very pleased with the increase in Stick-Shift entries in 2014 and there will be a BC Super Shifters event at PR in June 2015 which we plan on entering. – Roger

  1. Roger says:

Please help to spread the word throughout your local community. A flier in a local auto parts house, bowling alley, etc. to promote this great, upcoming event.

For instance, I’ve reached out to Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) hoping that more Soldiers and Airmen/Women will attend, and passed on the information to the B.C. Super Shifters.

    Thanks! – Roger

  2. Roger says:

Today, Pam sent out fliers to auto parts houses from Lynnwood to Tacoma hoping to draw more fans throughout the region.

  3. Roger says:

My personal thanks to Ed Garfield at Pacific Raceways for providing us the information to post well in advance this year. Following the race we intend to have an after-action report and video available for all to enjoy!

SEE YOU AT THE BIG RACE!
