Disappointing News on the Shelton Drag Strip

On January 30, 2015 Ridge Motor Sports Park issued the following press release which includes information on the long awaited drag strip at Shelton, WA.

    Many local racers are less than happy with this announcement. They had been hoping for years the old drag strip would reopen. Can’t blame them!

    And it looks like the Bremerton drag strip may be lost in the near future, as there are plans to build a road course there near the present main runway:
