VA COVID Injections

COVID-19 vaccines at VA

===============

I can verify Bob’s message below.   I received a call from the Omaha VA on Saturday 2 January asking me if I would like the Covid 19 Vaccine.   Of course I said yes, and I got an appointment for Monday 4 January.   At the time, they were only giving vaccines to 75 year old or older.    With the new CDC guidance announced yesterday, that may have been lowered to 65 and older.   I highly recommend you contact your local VA and check on when you can get the vaccine.  –  Clayton

Clayton,

I was informed today that the VA is providing the COVID injections to veterans. I called the local VA clinic today (Wed) and was given an appointment for Saturday afternoon. Would you please consider doing a troop notification that the VA may be the best/quickest way for our troopers to be vaccinated?

I hope all is well with you and your family. – Bob
